Hi, I'm Tina. I've spent 10 years working in accounting, and the thing that's driven me the entire time isn't the numbers themselves. It's the moment when an owner finally understands them.

Most business owners I've worked with are sharp, capable people who built something real. But somewhere along the way, the financial side of the business became a black box.
